By accessing or using AllyFound ("the Service") operated by AllyFound ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We set the age at 18 deliberately: AllyFound arranges introductions and in-person meetings between members, and that is an adults-only activity. By using AllyFound, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@allyfound.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person, use a false identity, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the content you post on AllyFound ("User Content"), including your profile, pitch, and messages. By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights, and that you have all necessary permissions to post it.

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for content posted by users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community.

AllyFound facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any agreements, partnerships, or business arrangements made between users. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or qualifications of any user on the platform.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any person you choose to connect or meet with through the Service. We strongly recommend exercising caution and good judgment, particularly when arranging in-person meetings.

AllyFound lets members indicate they are open to meeting in person and highlights people nearby who are too. AllyFound is not responsible for what happens during or as a result of any in-person meeting arranged through the Service. You meet other users entirely at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone you trust of your plans.

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by AllyFound and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

"AllyFound" and the AllyFound logo are trademarks of AllyFound. You may not use them without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLYFOUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllyFound and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
